A career mode mod for FC 27 on PC. Press F10 in your Manager Career and a whole club opens over the game: a football
world that moves on its own, real results synced into your save, crowds, pitches and stadiums that change
over the seasons, and a live editor for every player in EA SPORTS FC 27. Every change can be undone,
and nothing is permanent until you save.
Career Engine is part of TrueFoot Hub v1.5.7. It needs a paid tier on Patreon.
More than an editor
Career Engine is a realistic career mode overhaul that works while you play: it keeps your
Manager Career moving between the matches. And like a real club,
nothing happens instantly: stands take weeks to build, pitch works close part of the ground,
loans have to be paid back and a rushed return from injury pushes the re-injury risk up.
What you do here changes FC 27 itself, not only a number on screen: a bigger stadium means bigger
crowds and more ticket income, a better rehab centre brings injured players back sooner, a naming deal renames
your ground in the game, and every fee, loan and bonus lands in your transfer budget.
No number here is random. Each system is calculated from the things a real club deals with: the league,
the table, the weather, the calendar and the money. Open one to see every factor.
+pushes it up−pulls it down~either way, or a rule
CrowdsWhat decides your crowd12 factorsAlpha
Every home match gets its own crowd from more than a dozen things a real club lives with. The app shows each reason next to the number.
~Country and division: an English top-flight ground starts near full, smaller leagues far lower
+Club popularity and prestige; big clubs lose few fans after bad results
−A ground too big for the club is never full
~Form over the last five, latest results count most; losing streaks lower the crowd, winning streaks raise it
~Table: first place and a title race bring more fans, mid-table with nothing to play for brings fewer, a relegation fight near the end brings them back
+The opponent: famous clubs, top-two teams and their away fans
+Derbies and rivalries from the game’s own rivalry tables, the local derby most of all
~Competition: Champions League nights and cup semis up, early cup rounds down, finals sell out
−Midweek, early and late weeknight kick-offs
−Rain, snow and cold, from the month’s climate where you play
+First and last home league match, a star signing in the last four weeks
~A small random difference per match, fixed so reloading the save does not change it
What it changes in FC 27The attendance on the team sheet. After a home match the recorded crowd and ticket income are corrected: season-ticket holders stay, matchday tickets follow the crowd.
Each match day the surface is worked out from the ground, the season and how hard it has been used.
~Country and club: English and German top clubs start on better surfaces, lower-league and poor clubs on worse
−Wear builds through autumn and winter
−Wet months, frost, and hot dry summers in southern Europe
−Three or more matches at the ground in two weeks, or a ground two clubs share
~Money: rich clubs maintain it better, very poor clubs worse
+Hybrid grass, undersoil heating against frost, drainage that counts most in wet months
−A temporary surface while pitch works run
What it changes in FC 27The pitch wear FC 27 shows for the match. Works are priced by league level, paid up front from the transfer budget, and part of the money comes back if you cancel.
Bigger stands take longer, cost more and close more seats while they are built. The payback is calculated from your own ticket income.
~+2,500, +5,000 or +10,000 seats: about 3, 5 or 8 months of works
−Up to a tenth of the seats close during works, and the smaller ground goes into the game, so crowds and ticket income drop
~Cost per seat set by league level, paid up front; a stadium bond can spread it
+Payback: your ticket income per fan from recent home matches, times the new seats, times the home matches in a season
~One stadium project at a time
What it changes in FC 27The stadium capacity in FC 27: lower while the works run, higher when the stand opens. With Career Engine crowds on, attendance and ticket income follow the new capacity. The cost comes out of the transfer budget.
FinanceHow deals and loans are priced6 factorsAlpha
Loans, deals and tours are sized from your league, your ground, your table position and your accounts.
~Loans: how much you can borrow comes from your revenue and club worth, minus what you already owe
−Short-term, development and stadium bond loans, each longer with a higher rate; fixed instalments, two loans at most
+Early repayment settles what is left, no penalty
+Kit and training ground deals follow your league and table, with bonuses for titles, Europe and cup runs
~Pre-season tour: the region sets the fee and the travel costs; July and August only
−Financial rules (optional): wages against revenue checked monthly; two breaches bring a charge and points off, with an early plea or an appeal
What it changes in FC 27Loans, fees, bonuses and instalments go into or out of your transfer budget in FC 27, and the costs of your projects show in the game’s own finance screen. With financial rules on, points are taken off in the league table.
Naming rightsWhat your stadium name is worth4 factorsAlpha
Naming offers are priced like real ones: the bigger the stage, the more a partner pays.
+Your league: the Premier League pays the most, then LaLiga, the Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1
+A bigger stadium, up to a limit
~Your table position
~Deal length: short, medium or long; longer deals pay more a year
What it changes in FC 27The new stadium name everywhere in FC 27, kept in your save. The first season’s fee goes into your transfer budget; later payments and bonuses when you collect them.
MedicalReturn plans and re-injury risk6 factorsAlpha
Choose how fast a player comes back and see what it does to the risk, worked out from the player’s own history.
+Conservative plan: a few more days out, lower risk for six months
−Accelerated plan: back sooner, higher risk for four months
−Risk rises with a bad last injury, a recent return, soft-tissue injuries, long lay-offs and past episodes
−Injury-prone players, players over 29, and a heavy fixture list
+A rehab centre shortens every recovery a little more per level; staff take one to three months to arrive
+Intensive rehab saves up to a week at a set cost
What it changes in FC 27A new full-fit date in the game: a better rehab centre and intensive rehab bring players back sooner. Costs come out of the transfer budget. The risk score is advice: FC 27 keeps its own injury chances.
World AutomationThe rules that move your squad7 factorsAlpha
Each rule runs on new career dates. Players are picked in a fixed way, so reloading the save does not change who grows or who improves.
+Youth growth, ages 15 to 21: every player has an own growth path that slows to a stop by 21; tall players grow less, weight follows the build of the position
+Academy facilities raise the chance of extra growth and potential, less while they are being built
+Late bloomers: about one in five players aged 21 to 26 well below potential, small gains in key attributes, capped each season
~New positions: 8 matches of 45 minutes or more in a position and the player learns it; keepers excluded
~Boots change now and then, always within the same brand, more likely before a final
~Back from 14 days out or more: fitting gear for the first matches (knee, ankle, sleeve, tape, face mask)
~Gloves: the colder the night, the more players wear them
What it changes in FC 27Height, weight, attributes, positions and kit changed on your squad and academy. Next up: the same rules for every club in your career.

How it is calculated
StadiumWhat a new stand costs you5 factors
PitchHow the grass wears7 factors
CrowdsWhat decides your crowd12 factors

How it is calculated
Career SyncHow real results get in safely6 factors
Career Sync would rather skip a match than write a wrong one.
~A league syncs only when most of its clubs match the real league; clubs match by game id first, then by name
~Only matches up to your career date
−Anything odd blocks it: a pairing twice, an impossible score, extra time or penalties, a table that does not match the results
~Matches you already played are only replaced if you confirm it for that league
+Real scorers matched by name; an unsure name is never guessed, simulated goals are taken off first
+Save copy, read-back check, one-button undo in the same session

AlphaChanges your career
Rules that let your squad and academy live on their own. Every rule starts off; switch on the ones you want, and they run on each new career date.
Next upThe same rules for every club in your career, not only yours.
Rules
Each rule has its own values you can tune.
Youth physical growth
Monthly. Players aged 15 to 21 grow taller and heavier, within realistic limits. Optionally, facial hair appears once between 17 and 19.
Academy development bonus
Monthly. After you invest in youth facilities, academy players may gain +1 on a key attribute, and sometimes +1 potential.
Late bloomers
Monthly. Some players aged 21 to 26 who are below their potential gain +1 on key attributes.
Position adaptation
Weekly. A player who plays enough matches in a new position gets it added to his alternative positions.
Injury protection gear
Every career day. Players back from injury wear a sleeve, wrist tape or face mask (optionally knee and ankle tape) for a set number of matches.
Boot rotation
Monthly, and before finals. Players switch to another boot from the same brand, and put on fresh boots for a final.
Cold-weather gear
Every career day. Winter gloves on cold match days, always the same players, off again after the match.
Loan instalments
Each season. Pays that season’s bank loan instalment when the new season starts.
Forced listing rules
Four transfer listing rules (poor form, older players with few minutes, surplus by role, paid above rating). Preview only, set up on Transfer list.

How it is calculated
World AutomationThe rules that move your squad7 factors

How it is calculated
CrowdsWhat decides your crowd12 factors
PitchHow the grass wears7 factors
MatchdayWeather and kick-off3 factors
The same weather and temperature feed the crowd, the pitch and the gloves.
~Weather odds are the game’s own for each country and month; you can turn a month to all snow or all sun
~Temperature from a monthly climate table for 34 countries, adjusted for the kick-off hour
~Kick-off times from the competition’s usual slots
What it changes in FC 27The weather and kick-off FC 27 plays the match with.

01
Checked before and after
Career Engine first makes sure it is looking at your career and at the value the game really holds. After writing it reads the value back, and if the two do not match it puts the old one back.
02
Undo anything
Every change lands in Changes this session with before and after. Restore one, undo a group, or undo everything since the game started.
03
Nothing is kept until you save
Changes stay in the live game until you save the career in FC 27. Quit without saving and your save is exactly as it was. Once you save, Career Engine marks them as kept.
In the alpha, the first change of each alpha feature asks you once to back up your career save, and every alpha page has a Report a problem button that goes straight to us through the Hub.

Questions
Is there a career mode mod for FC 27 on PC?
Yes. TrueFoot Career Engine is a career mode mod for EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC. It runs inside TrueFoot Hub and opens over the game when you press F10 in your Manager Career.
Is Career Engine a career mode overhaul?
It overhauls how a career plays out, while you play it. Instead of replacing game files it works on your live career: a football world that moves on its own, real fixtures and results, crowds, pitches, stadium building, finance, a medical department and a live editor for every player. Changes go into your save when you save the career in FC 27.
Can I edit players in FC 27 career mode?
Yes, any player in the game, not only your own: overall, potential, positions, all 34 attributes, PlayStyles and traits, names, contract, squad role, hair, boots, kit, accessories and tattoos, body type and body shape.
Can I sync real-world results into my FC 27 career?
Career Sync, part of the alpha, brings real fixtures and results into your career for your leagues and the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, with the real scorers if you want them. It shows exactly what would change first and can be undone.
Does it make career mode more realistic?
That is the point of it. Young players grow, late bloomers develop, players adapt to new positions, crowds and pitches follow the season, and nothing happens instantly: stands, pitch works and facilities take time and money, and a rushed return from injury pushes the re-injury risk up.
What do I need to use it?
EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC in a Manager Career, FC 27 Live Editor by xAranaktu running, FC 27 in Borderless display mode, and TrueFoot Hub 1.4.2 or newer signed in with Patreon.
Does it work with FC 26?
FC 26 support is coming soon. Today Career Engine runs on FC 27. For FC 26 there is the TrueFoot realism gameplay mod.
Is it safe for my career save?
Every change is checked before and after it is written and put back if it does not read back right. Every change can be undone, and nothing is permanent until you save the career in FC 27. Alpha features ask you to back up your save first.
Does it work online or in Ultimate Team?
No. Career Engine is for offline Manager Career. Keep online play vanilla.
How much does it cost?
TrueFoot Hub is free to download. Career Engine opens for everyone on a paid tier on Patreon, and the alpha build with the newest systems is for our alpha testers.
